Reschedule & Cancellation policy

  • Reschedule or Cancellation of any Service Appointment must occur at least 24 hours prior to scheduled day & time.
  • Any Service Appointment reschedule must be scheduled for within the next 30 days.
  • Any Service Appointment Reschedule or Cancellation on day of Service Appointment will result in a $75 Service Fee to account.
  • If Service Appointment is rescheduled within 30 days of original Service Appointment then $75 Service Fee will be deducted from total bill.

NOTE: UPON ARRIVAL TO SERVICE PROPERTY, IF GREG'S AFFORDABLE CLEANING SERVICE EMPLOYEE OR SERVICE VENDOR IS UNABLE TO GAIN ACCESS TO SERVICE ADDRESS TO START & COMPLETE SERVICE APPOINTMENT, THAT WILL BE CONSIDERED A CANCELLATION AND WILL RESULT IN $75 SERVICE FEE.
